FlowNovels User Service Agreement

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and the operator of the FlowNovels digital reading platform (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or interacting with FlowNovels—whether through its website, future mobile interfaces, or any related functionality—you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions set forth herein.

Should you disagree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the platform. Continued engagement with FlowNovels following any modification to these terms will be interpreted as your ongoing consent.

1.1 Understanding This Agreement

1.2 Use by Minors

If you are under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must review this Agreement with your legal guardian. By using the FlowNovels Platform and related services, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. Your guardian assumes full responsibility for your use of the Platform and compliance with its terms.

For verification purposes, we may require written confirmation or additional documentation from your legal guardian to validate their consent.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of FlowNovels—whether through account creation, content consumption, subscription, or one-time purchase—constitutes unambiguous acceptance of this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision, discontinue use immediately. The Company may update this Agreement periodically; your ongoing use after such updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

1.4 Operational Rights

The Company reserves the right to manage the operations of the FlowNovels Platform through its affiliates, subsidiaries, successor entities, or approved third-party service providers. Certain services under this Agreement may be delivered by these entities on behalf of the Company.

By using the Platform, you agree that these entities are authorized to provide services in accordance with this Agreement. However, the Company remains responsible for ensuring that all services meet the standards set forth in this Agreement. If you encounter any issues with a third-party service provider, please report them to us at support@flownovels.com, and we will address your concerns promptly.

1.6 Amendments and Notice

• Email notifications: sent to the address associated with your account.

To reflect evolving legal requirements, technological enhancements (e.g., AI recommendation systems), or operational adjustments, we reserve the right to modify this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email to your registered address

You are encouraged to review this Agreement regularly. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

1.7 Service Overview

FlowNovels is a platform offering a wide range of novels for discovery and reading. Our services include AI-driven content recommendations, personalized suggestions, and both AI and human-moderated content reviews. Most content on FlowNovels is available for free reading, supported by advertisements.

FlowNovels offers a curated library of original stories, enhanced by AI-powered personalization and human-led content moderation. We strive to provide a high-quality free reading experience for our users.

By using FlowNovels, you acknowledge that:

• Content Availability: may change due to licensing, editorial decisions, or regional restrictions.
• AI Recommendations: are generated based on your reading behavior but are subject to human oversight for quality and appropriateness.
• Governance: All platform activity is governed by this Agreement and our Community Guidelines.

The Company reserves the right to monitor user activity to enforce compliance, prevent abuse, and ensure platform integrity — all in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.1. Service Features

FlowNovels enables users to:

• Create and manage personal accounts
• Browse, read, and unlock premium literary and visual content
• Receive tailored suggestions via machine learning algorithms
• Share content within community guidelines

The Company reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any features, services, or products at its discretion. Significant changes will be communicated through announcements on the Platform, email notifications, or direct messages within your account. We recommend regularly reviewing updates to stay informed about changes to our services.

2.2. Advertisements

The FlowNovels Platform may display advertisements to support the provision of free or premium content. These advertisements may be provided by third-party advertisers or partners.

Users acknowledge that advertisements are an integral part of the Platform's services. However, we strive to ensure that all ads are relevant, appropriate, and comply with applicable laws. If you encounter any inappropriate or misleading advertisements, please report them to us at support@flownovels.com, and we will address your concerns promptly.

2.3. Technical Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets) and stable internet connectivity. Associated costs (data, Wi-Fi, etc.) are borne by the user. For technical difficulties, contact our support team—we will assist as promptly as possible.

3.1. Service Stability

The platform may experience temporary disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions), network failures, or scheduled maintenance. While we endeavor to minimize downtime, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Users assume all risks associated with such interruptions.

While we strive to minimize the impact of such interruptions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of transmitted information. Users acknowledge that they assume the risks associated with temporary service disruptions.

3.2. Maintenance and Service Interruption

The Company may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on the FlowNovels Platform to ensure its proper functioning. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance through announcements on the platform, email notifications, or other appropriate means.

In the event of unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs, we may not be able to provide prior notice. While we aim to minimize disruptions caused by maintenance, users acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur during this time.

3.3. Account Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false or misleading registration information
• Violate applicable laws or this Agreement
• Engage in harmful conduct (e.g., harassment, piracy, spamming)

Where feasible, we will notify you of violations and provide an opportunity to rectify the issue before termination. Terminated accounts lose access to all content and features. The Company bears no liability for losses resulting from lawful termination.

4.1. Registration

To register for the FlowNovels Platform, Users are required to provide a valid email address. The email address must be accurate and belong to the User, as it will be used for account verification, communication, and password recovery purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their email address remains active and accessible. If the email address becomes invalid or inaccessible, the User may lose access to their account, and the Company will not be liable for any resulting consequences.

4.2. Account Security

Upon successful registration, the User will receive a unique account and password. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and ensuring that they are not shared with others.

The User agrees to notify the Company immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access or security breach related to their account. While the Company takes reasonable measures to protect account security, Users acknowledge that they are responsible for all activities conducted under their account unless such activities result from the Company’s negligence or failure to implement adequate security measures.

4.3. Permitted Use

In using the FlowNovels Platform, the User agrees to adhere to the following principles:

• Circumventing technical protections
• Distributing malware or spam
• Infringing intellectual property rights
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting affiliation

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4.4. Content Restrictions

The FlowNovels Platform provides a curated selection of web novels, and other content that has been reviewed and approved by the Company. On the FlowNovels Platform is intended for personal use only and must be used in accordance with applicable laws and community standards. If you encounter any content that you believe violates these standards, please report it to us at support@flownovels.com, and we will review it promptly.

The Company reserves the right to remove or modify any content on the Platform at its sole discretion, including content that may have been inadvertently made available.
